About Me
Hi, I’m Emilyn the creator behind Emilyn Rose Candles.
I started making candles in 2020 while searching for a business idea, and quickly realized how much I loved the process. Candles have always made my space feel cozy, and I wanted to create something that could bring that same comfort and happiness to other people. After taking a short break, I came back to it because I genuinely missed making them.
I hand pour every candle myself in small batches using soy wax, eco friendly cotton wicks, and clean fragrance oils. From pouring and labeling to packaging each order, I personally prepare everything. I care about both how my candles look and what goes into them, so they feel safe to burn and beautiful to display.
My goal is for opening an Emilyn Rose candle to feel like opening a gift whether it’s for someone else or for yourself. I’m currently a business student at the College of San Mateo, and I hope to grow Emilyn Rose into a full brand in the future.
