Shipping policy
At Emilyn Rose LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method within a reasonable amount of time.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items include used products, sale items, and gift cards.
