Subscriptions & Pre-Orders
Subscriptions
Some products may be available as a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Emilyn Rose LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency and subscription plan you choose until the subscription is canceled.
Your payment information will be stored securely to process recurring orders.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. A link to manage your subscription is included in your order confirmation emails, or you may contact us for assistance.
Returns and refunds for subscription orders remain subject to our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are not yet in stock but are expected to become available in the future.
When placing a pre-order, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method to charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Any requests for refunds after fulfillment will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated (such as for pre-orders). Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
