Subscription orders are shipped without our signature luxury gift boxes in order to reduce waste and offer preferred subscriber pricing. Each candle is carefully packaged for safe delivery and ships within 3–5 business days after renewal. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

Policies
Subscription orders renew automatically based on your selected delivery schedule. Charges are processed automatically before each shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all subscription sales are final once processed. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
