Subscription orders are shipped without our signature luxury gift boxes in order to reduce waste and offer preferred subscriber pricing. Each candle is carefully packaged for safe delivery and ships within 3–5 business days after renewal. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

Subscription candles are designed as refill-style orders and therefore do not include our luxury gift packaging. Perfect for customers who already know and love their signature scents.

Your subscription can be paused, skipped, updated, or canceled at any time through your customer portal. Need assistance? Contact us and we’ll gladly help with any changes to your subscription.

Subscription orders renew automatically based on your selected delivery schedule. Charges are processed automatically before each shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all subscription sales are final once processed. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
